3 shirts

I live and work in a small village in old harlow and the local store are a sub collection and delivery service for SPATS, I put in 3 shirts to be dry cleaned on thurs 12th sept AM, didn't need them for the next day was told delivery will be sunday, so a 3 day wait was fine!. It is now the 11th day and just checked with the store and still not back when delivery is on a sunday,I used them because I was working double shifts and long days and had no time to wash and iron them, I wish I hadn't bothered, I would never use this company ever again. and I do not expect to be charged for this service. By no means do I blame the local store as they are just the middle man and have been chasing them as well for me. and if I'd known it was going to take 2 weeks to just clean 3 shirts and deliver back I would of gone out and bought new ones. so all new customers if u want items quick do not use this company.
